About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing professional translation clients in the legal, financial and securities industries. Your primary focus will be strategically growing and nurturing existing accounts and you’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle. If you’re a dedicated, well-versed, and experienced self-starter who values a commitment to exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships with clients, we want you on our Alexa Translations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, develop, and manage strong client relationships with existing professional translation services clients.
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle through active prospecting to non-spenders, handling inbound leads, ensuring effective closure and on-going retention of clients through proactive outreach for upcoming translation projects.
- Identify and secure product expansion, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts assigned to you.
- Manage ongoing projects and client relationships with new professional translation clients referred by the Business Development team.
- Perform Quarterly Business Review meetings with your assigned accounts to gather customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client objections, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution of client issues or quality concerns raised.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, handle pressure, and consistently meet sales targets.

**Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in account management.
- **Full proficiency in professional-level English and French.**:

- Subject matter expertise in financial industry, a must
- Proven ability to manage and develop relationships with C-level executives and senior managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, G-drive).
- Working knowledge and proficiency using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

**Education**:

- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent

Hours of Work
- Alexa Translations hours of operation are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST Monday to Friday.
- **This is a hybrid position.** Once a week in-person at the office.
