We are a dynamic and rapidly growing professional services organization poised for further expansion. We are expanding our Growth team, and are looking for driven, results-oriented Account Executives to do so. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to help continue to build the sales function of our Growth department consisting of Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing.

**Position Overview**:
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through account-based selling, managing and expanding relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional value from our products and services. This role requires a results-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
New Business Development
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Understand client needs and business goals to tailor solutions that deliver maximum value.

Sales Strategy Execution
- Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Work closely with Leadership to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Articulate product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.

Pipeline Management
- Manage and maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities to drive them to closure.

Customer-Centric Approach
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to address client needs and concerns.

Achieving Targets
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics, demonstrating consistent sales success.

Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within a professional services or technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
