This position may be performed from the following locations: Victoria or Burnaby.

The Residential Tenancy Branch is part of the Office of Housing and Construction Standards located in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. The Branch promotes successful tenancies by providing high quality plain language information to landlords and tenants about their rights and responsibilities and by delivering timely, neutral dispute resolution services.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED)
- One (1) year working in a high volume, fast paced processing environment dealing with a diverse range of clients.
- One (1) year experience engaging in conflict resolution and using effective communication.

**Preference may be given to applicants with**:

- Minimum one (1) year experience in a contact center environment.
- Some post-secondary course work in business or related field.
