- **Job Summary**_
The Sales Representative will be a crucial coordinator between customers, global sales teams and production at Adamson’s manufacturing headquarters.
- **What We Expect from You: Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Assist with scheduling of manufacturing, shipping and report on manufacturing progress and related matters
- Provide administrative and sales support to our sales department, global sales directors and teams
- Finding new sales leads through client referrals or cold calling
- Select account management of current customers
- Keeping contact lists and checking-in with strategic follow ups
- Gathering market intelligence and uncovering opportunities for growth
- Assisting customers with finding the products best-suited to their needs
- Meeting and exceeding expectations regarding deadlines, quotas, and targets
- Preparing and submitting sales reports to management and distributing sales reports to regional sales teams
- ERP - data entry, orders and quotations, customer and item maintenance
- Collaborate with production scheduling, procurement, logistics, finance and engineering as necessary
- Assist with tracking the sales pipeline
- Participate in company sales meetings and events
- Other duties as assigned.

- Sales experience in an entertainment or technology sector
- B.A. in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Technical proficiency, with a high aptitude for learning in-depth product knowledge
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
- Pro-active team player who takes initiative
- Confidence and comfortable with cold calling
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM or CSM programs, or similar sales software
- Experience with AI sales tools is an asset
- Manufacturing environment/ERP experience is an asset
