Adminstrative Assistant

**Opportunity**
- General affairs: update and maintain office policies and procedures, manage office suppliers and order office supplies
- Communication support: Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients to handle queries. Attend meetings, compose and distribute meeting minutes. Liaise with executives to handle requests from clients.
- Marketing & Sales support: perform calls to customers, make cold calling if needed, schedule social media post, and create posts captions at certain times
- Ad-hoc: Provide back-up support as needed
**Requirement**
- Education: Secondary school is required
- Experience: 1 year working experience in administration is preferred. Students are welcomed.
- Hard skills: computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), tech savvy, familiar with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Soft skills: attention to detail, excellent in communication, both verbally and written, excellent in time management, problem solving
- Attitude: willing to learn new thing, able to work independently but also good in team working
- Working time: minimum 2 hours a day (morning or afternoon) from Monday to Friday, willing to work in flexible timing outside working hours sometimes in weekend upon client’s request
- Other requirements: having car is preferred; knowing Secondary Language such as Mandarin/Portuguese/Spanish is an asset.
- This job is not 100% remote, sometimes we will need you to help run errands for clients. Someone who is in Greater Vancouver will take priority.
