**Position: Level 1 Technical Support**

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our startup MSP team as a Level 1 Technical Support. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting IT infrastructure problems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate team members for further investigation.
- Document all interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.
- Monitor and manage client systems to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Assist clients with basic IT tasks such as creating user accounts, setting up printers, and troubleshooting software installations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and continuously enhance technical skills.
- Foster positive client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and provide assistance when needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
