**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Business Growth: Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to position No Joke Marketing Agency as a leader in the industry.

Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.

Sales Leadership: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition of new clients to the account management team.

Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to develop innovative proposals that align with client objectives and agency capabilities.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of generating new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to think strategically and act with a long-term vision.
