Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients, tailoring presentations to their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings and generate leads.
- Prepare business development reports and updates for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Experience with contract negotiation and sales pipeline management.
