Panacea Massage Therapy is searching for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

**About Panacea Massage Therapy**:Our clinic is located in the Babypoint Neighbourhood, where most of our valued clients reside nearby. We take pride in providing a tranquil and calming atmosphere for our clients. With a focus on overall health and wellness, our professional team of massage therapists and naturopathic doctor offer exceptional healthcare and wellness services that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

As the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Panacea Massage Therapy, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in clients warmly as they arrive for their scheduled appointments, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Process insurance claims accurately, ensuring a hassle-free experience for clients seeking reimbursement.
- Handle check-out procedures, collect payments, and provide receipts with utmost professionalism.
- Scan and upload files to maintain electronic records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Utilize our online booking system to efficiently manage and schedule appointments, optimizing the therapist's time.
- Ensure clinic rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies to meet the needs of our therapists and clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of the clinic space, adhering to strict hygiene standards and protocols.
- Manage laundry tasks to keep the linens fresh and ready for use.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is an asset, but not mandatory. We value a positive attitude, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn above all else.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, creating a welcoming environment for our diverse clientele.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office software.
- A passion for wellness and a commitment to maintaining the serene atmosphere of the clinic.

**Available Shifts**:

- Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
