**The Role of BrightHR Onboarding Specialist**

In a fast paced, global business, provide excellent customer service to new clients through out-bound calling, by pro-actively contacting clients to arrange their on-boarding call and offer additional training to disengaged users. Contribute to increased engagement and retention rates and improve client sentiment and online reputation. Contribute to the business's Super-duper service strategy whilst exceeding individual KPIs and embrace our company values with every interaction.

**Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing BrightHR clients.
- Conduct welcome calls to introduce new clients to our services and ensure they are familiar with the features and benefits.
- Proactively reach out to clients to schedule on-board appointments with our on-boarding specialists.
- Utilize software such as Calendly and Salesforce to maintain accurate records of appointment times and client interactions.
- Complete confirmation calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments, aiming to minimize cancellations and maximize attendance.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of BrightHR's service offerings to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure adherence to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high service standards.
- Meet and exceed all Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets, with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and gathering feedback.

**Skills and Experience**
- Customer service experience is essential
- Prior experience in an outbound telephone-based role is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to engage with clients proactively.
- Must have excellent listening skills and be able to communicate with clients and users of varying technical ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace changes in processes, technologies, and business requirements.
- Proven capability to take ownership of product knowledge, continuously learning and staying updated on product and service offerings.
- Effective communication skills at all levels within the organization, facilitating seamless collaboration and information exchange.
