Recruiter/onboarding Specialist

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist at Endo Networks, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring that we attract and retain exceptional individuals who share our passion for innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
**Onboarding Excellence**:
- Create and implement a structured onboarding program that ensures a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture and workflow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide new employees with the necessary resources, equipment, and information for a productive start.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages open communication and addresses any onboarding challenges.
- Represent Endo Networks as a professional and attractive employer, communicating the company's mission, values, and growth opportunities.
**Data and Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize the hiring process and drive continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
