Customer Onboarding Specialist

The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for bringing new firms on to the Soluno product. Working with different people within the Law Firms organization to ensure that the software is configured to the firms needs, the staff has the training available to them on the new software, and that the firm is up and running in a timely fashion. The Customer Onboarding Specialist works within the company to ensure the different departments in Soluno deliver on the conversion of the data (where applicable), any synching needed with other products, and that the different templates needed by the customer are created and imported into the Soluno package. Your major responsibilities will be:
The building of Cheque/Check templates and Billing Templates for new clients Project Management of the new firm moving to the product.
Understanding the workflow of a law firm and the implementation of that workflow into the Soluno program.
Ensuring the quality of the onboarding experience of the new client to ensure a continued relationship with said client and a high degree of client satisfaction with their decision to move to our product.
**Requirements**:
Experience within the Legal industry (2 years or more)
Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
Previous exposure to Legal Billing and Accounting Software
