**Position Overview**:
Join our Germiphene team as a Sales Operations Manager and become a pivotal player in our company's growth Are you a proactive problem solver with a strong ability to get things done?
We're seeking a highly driven individual that thrives in a multifaceted role to support our commercial team and business growth initiatives as we build on our 70+ years in business and accelerate the next growth phase.
As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for supporting all aspects of our commercial team and Go-To-Market strategy to enable business growth. If you thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment and possess a passion for driving growth, this role is perfect for you.
**What you will be doing**:
Support commercialization projects, continuous improvements, commercial analytics, and marketing support to drive sustained scalable growth for the organization.
Stay up to date on customer, product, and market insights and align those to Germiphenes unique offerings as well as guiding our current and future product offerings.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with Germiphenes network of distributors and maintains up to date forecasting.
Work collaboratively with team members and management to execute business plans, analyze territory trends and continuously identify new business opportunities, including ownership of tender opportunities.
**Skills you will need**:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in science or business administration, or comparable experience.
3+ years of experience working in Sales, Marketing or Business Operations.
Must be highly self-motivated, competitive, and results driven professional and possess high level of competencies in communication, interpersonal sensitivity, teamwork, tenacity, achievement orientation, efficiency and planning.
Proficient in understanding key data and metrics and utilizing this information to improve business performance.
