Regional Operations Manager

Responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and strategic direction of multiple-hotels within the assigned region. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to property managers and their teams to ensure exceptional guest experience, maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve operational excellence.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across the region.
- Establish performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each hotel and monitor progress towards achieving objectives.
- Provide operational guidance and support to hotel managers to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular property visits and inspections to assess service quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Analyze financial reports and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Hotel General Managers to develop and monitor the performance of financial and operational plans/budgets and sales and marketing plans for the hotel which support the overall objectives of the corporation. Control labor and expenses in all areas of operations.
- Champion a culture of service excellence and guest satisfaction across all hotels in the region.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews and implement action plans to address areas of concern and enhance guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, and develop hotel managers and their teams to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support career growth and development.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and attract new business.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, government officials, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance the hotel brand's reputation.
- May assist with other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $84,447.00-$109,033.00 per year
