We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team

Campbell & Company Real Estate - Keller Williams Innovation Realty, is a busy real estate office located in Brantford. We are looking to hire a Full-Time Operations Administrator. Real estate, business and/or administration experience is preferred. A successful applicant will be extremely thorough, organized, detailed oriented, customer service minded.

**Duties**:

- Manage office operations and procedures
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed
- Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing phone calls
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar
- Handle general clerical duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Meeting deadlines to ensure all transactions are processed before closing dates.
- Processing high volumes of sales transaction paperwork by inputting documents into our system in a timely manner.
- Working closely with our team to provide support as required.
- Working with and following-up with Real Estate Agents, Brokerages, and Lawyers
- Follow-up with Agents for Deal Paperwork
- Electronically Organizing all Deal Paperwork into Computer Files.
- Ensure all files are kept Up to Date and Organized.
- Any other admin work as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role and/or Real Estate experience and knowledge of our systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with front desk operations
- Competency in data entry and typing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management
- Proficient with Computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Attention to Detail
- Organization Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Phone Skills.
- Ability to Work Productively in a Fast-Paced Environment

Knowledge / Skills:

- High school graduate
- Drivers License
- 1-3 years of service and management experience
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferable Real Estate
- Real Estate license (bonus but not required)

Pay: $42,100.00-$50,429.64 per year
