Service Coordinator

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Service Coordinator is apart of the Customer Success Team and is responsible for providing professional customer service to our clients. The Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for current and prospective customers, and in this role, the Service Coordinator will provide clients with a clear understanding of services, respond to all customer inquiries, and demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest level of service from start to finish.
**KEY RESPONSIBITLIES**
- Responsible to exemplify the company’s core values (embrace humility, seek understanding, and work toward improving) through all interactions with both external clients and internal teams.
- Obtain and input all Service details for following day(s) jobs to ensure all aspects of work considered (equipment, staffing, training, etc.)
- Take all incoming communications from clients and direct as appropriate, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Maintain constant awareness of service availability through the schedule in order respond to clients effectively while maximizing serviceability.
- Provide pricing to clients upon receiving job scope and service request.
- Initiate, follow up and gather feedback from clients on services provided through use of on-site client survey.
- Address client inquiries and provide thorough and timely communication back to the client.
- Work with Clients to complete accurate onboarding and credit card confirmation with an efficient turnaround time.
- Work with Supervisors, planning team, and sales team to drive proactive efforts in servicing clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous Sales/Customer Service experience
- Experience or knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- SharePoint experience considered an asset
**SCHEDULE & WORKING CONDITIONS**
- 42.5 hours/week in office environment - sitting for long periods of time.
- Hours may vary based on day-to-day challenges.

**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
