**Job Details**:
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Operations Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to) assisting in the following duties:
- Employee scheduling
- Recruitment and employee onboarding support
- Dispatching service calls
- Remotely overseeing daily operations for employees working on multiple job sites across the province
- Post secondary education with a focus in Business Administration or similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Basic understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
- Valid driver's license
- Valid British Columbia Security Worker's License (or a willingness to obtain)
- A combination of education and/or work experience may be considered
This position currently offers a **remote work environment** (work-from-home). However, applicants will be required to reside within a one hour radius of the Comox Valley area (between Nanaimo and Campbell River), as the Comox Valley is where our head office is located and personnel may be required to attend the office in-person on occasion.
