Trinity Plumbing Niagara Ltd is quickly becoming Niagara’s most trusted plumbing service. We are looking for a confident, driven and highly organized **Office Manager** to work alongside our crews to deliver exceptional service to the Niagara Region.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Internal database management, including scheduling, invoicing and inventory controls
- Assisting crews with purchasing, customer quotes and project costing
- Support bookkeeping procedures and processes
- Maintenance of office and common areas, including office equipment maintenance, purchasing supplies, cleaning, organization, etc
- Management of Social Media accounts
- Facilitate and support Human Resource functions which include onboarding, maintenance of personnel files, and oversight of Health & Safety program
- Other tasks as required

**Key competencies/qualifications include**:

- Minimum 2 years Office Management experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid “G” Driver’s licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
