**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR OPPORTUNITY**

**(Physiotherapy Clinic)**

The Physiotherapy Clinic is a highly experienced, educated, evidence based and client-centered multidisciplinary clinic. We are passionate about health and focused on empowering our patients to _improve strength, function and independence at all ages_ to achieve their health goals.
- have a minimum of 6 months experience preferably in an office setting
- flexibility and a strong willingness to learn will be an asset
- very comfortable with handling telephone conversations with clients and potential clients
- detail oriented and superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- the ability to excel in a fast pace environment
- excellent English skills and reading, writing, and speaking
- ability to work independently as well as within a team
- willingness to take on tasks as needed
- above average Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- file management from start to finish
- counseling on clients with staff
- scheduling consultations, dates and other appointments
- preparing correspondence
- documentation preparation
- assisting other team members as required
- responding to client interests and concerns
- manage reception
- implement and participate in marketing activities

**Salary**: based on experience, skills, education, and performance.

**Job type**: full-time and part time available..

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

- Thorold, ON L2V 2G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
