**Vendor Support Specialist - Engagement & Compliance**

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Review and verify vendor documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Engage with external agencies as needed to verify document details, gather additional information, or resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of vendor interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and quality assurance, to enhance vendor support processes and outcomes.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development to stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry best practices.
**Qualifications & Desired Skills**:
- 2+ years of proven experience in customer or other support roles, particularly those involving direct communication, problem-solving, and document management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency with CRM software, GSuite, and eagerness to quickly adapt to new technologies such as Wreno's proprietary systems.
- Highly organized, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Principales responsabilités:
- Être le principal point de contact pour les fournisseurs pendant le processus d’onboarding et au-delà, en assurant une expérience douce et positive.
- Examiner et vérifier l’exactitude et l’intégralité des documents des fournisseurs.
- Collaborer avec des agences externes au besoin pour rassembler des informations supplémentaires ou résoudre des discordances.
- Maintenir des registres détaillés des interactions, des problèmes et des solutions des fournisseurs.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, y compris le développement de produits, les ventes et l’assurance qualité, pour améliorer les processus et les résultats du support aux fournisseurs.
- S’engager dans un apprentissage et un développement continus pour rester informé des mises à jour de produits, des politiques de l'entreprise et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
Qualifications & compétences souhaitées:
- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience avérée dans les rôles de support client ou autres, en particulier ceux impliquant une communication directe, la résolution de problèmes et la gestion de documents.
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à dépanner efficacement les problèmes techniques.
- Excellentes compétences de communication et interpersonnelles, avec un accent sur la fourniture d’un service exceptionnel.
- Maîtrise des logiciels CRM, GSuite et désir de s’adapter rapidement à de nouvelles technologies telles que nos systèmes propriétaires.
- Très organisé, avec une grande attention aux détails et la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Autonome avec la capacité de travailler de manière indépendante dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.
