**Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

**Skills**
- Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
- Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
