Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Knowledge of computer networking principles
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work

**Salary**: $38,831.29-$42,937.76 per year
