**Receptionist & Purchasing Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry
- Office organization: filing, management of supplies, etc.
- Supporting different departments within the company
- Operating the phone system, answering general phone calls and redirecting them to the right people in the company
- Assist with any projects as needed
- Preparing meeting room in time for all the meetings and refreshing the room after each meeting.
- Managing shipping and receiving, mail and courier
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Comparing product deliveries with issued purchase orders to ensure there are no discrepancies
- Preparing and closing purchase orders
- Following up on purchase orders and lead times
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational & communication skills, ability to work well in a team & individual environment are essential in order to meet hectic deadlines
- Computer skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Superior phone and customer service skills/etiquette
- Experience using CRM software
