Our company is currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team

**The Opportunity**:
This full-time position will report to the Controller and is located in Concord, Ontario.

The start date is immediate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones, direct calls appropriately, and take messages
- Welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Matching paperwork and checking invoices for errors
- Running reports
- Assisting in basic, day-to-day office duties, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Fast learner with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent computer skills & MS Office
- Collaborative and a true team-player
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills both in oral and written form
- Must be fluent in English
- Demonstrate sound work ethics complimented with a flexible work attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-04-26
