We are seeking a Technical Production Manager to oversee our post-production workflows, ensuring efficiency, speed, and uncompromising quality.

**Role Overview**: As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end post-production process across our multiple photography brands. Your mission is to scale up and automate our post production systems leveraging the latest AI tools and process improvements. Photoshoots are edited and delivered with the highest standards of quality, while maintaining tight deadlines of same day and next day delivery. You will lead a team, solve problems independently, and implement effective production plans. While experience in photography post-production is a plus, a strong technical background and experience in managing teams and systems are essential. You will also help with automation of the new Photographer onboard systems and own the two systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the post-production workflows for thousands of photoshoots annually across various brands.
- Identify and leverage the latest AI tools and processes, test and implement quickly.
- Manage and lead a team of post-production professionals, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Solve technical and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Operate independently, making informed decisions to keep production on track.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of post-production with overall operations.
- Continuously monitor and improve production workflows to meet evolving business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a Product Manager, Production Manager, or Systems Engineer role, preferably with experience managing teams and complex workflows.
- Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of systems and process optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the photography or creative industries is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 CAD per year.
