We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Reach out to new and existing customers to present our products or services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors

**Experience**:

- Mandarin/English speaking is mandatory / Cantonese speaking is an asset
- Sales experience is not necessary, working experience preferably 3-5 years
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in account management or business development is desirable
