We are a technology company based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, specializing in last-mile dispatch systems. Our primary focus is providing businesses with delivery drivers to facilitate the last-mile delivery process, ultimately maximizing revenue opportunities. As we expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team.
【Responsibilities】
Sales Outreach: Proactively initiate and manage outreach to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and introducing our last-mile dispatch solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and capabilities of our last-mile dispatch system to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
Sales Targets: Drive towards achieving and surpassing sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business expansion.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to address client needs and enhance overall service delivery.
**【Qualifications】**
Proven Business Development Experience: Demonstrated success in a business development role, preferably within the technology or logistics industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Client-Centric: Ability to understand and address client needs, fostering positive client relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and presenting technical aspects of our last-mile dispatch system.
Results-Oriented: Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Working Hours:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule, 30 hours per week.
**Salary**: $17 per hour.
Location: Richmond Hill.
Bonus: Earn a competitive commission on the last-mile revenue generated from the customers you develop.
