**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll regulations
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll integration
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll management
- In-depth knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant legal regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Eligible to work in Canada
