Réparations subtech is a small business in Montréal, QC H2S 1S8. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to A cell phone shop. We sell phones and accessories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the management team
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
