As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services and administrative support to the team in Montreal. **Responsibilities**:

- Reception and follow-up of telephone calls from customer service,
- Preparation of various legal documents in corporate law.
- Filing of legal documents in the various jurisdictions in North America.
- Monitoring of files and deadlines.
- Searches against judicial services databases in Canada.
- Commercial searches in Canada and the United States.
- Drafting and verification of legal documents.
- Any related task

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma of professional studies or training deemed equivalent.
- Ability to work in a highly computerized legal environment and ease of learning new software and systems.
- Mastery of French both orally and in writing.
- Mastery of English both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work within very tight deadlines and to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite software.
- Working knowledge of applicable legal procedures.
- Sharp sense of customer service.
- Punctuality, Versatility, and a Team Player.
- Analytical and synthetical mind.
- Interest in keeping your knowledge up to date.
- Order and method.
- Discretion and confidentiality.

Représentant(e) Service à la clientèle / Production

**La personne choisie sera responsable de**:

- Réception et suivi des appels téléphoniques du service à la clientèle,
- Préparation de divers documents de nature juridique en droit des sociétés;
- Dépôts de documents juridiques dans les différents territoires de compétence en Amérique du Nord;
- Suivi des dossiers et des échéanciers;
- Vérifications dans les banques de données des services judiciaires au Canada;
- Recherches commerciales au Canada et aux États-Unis;
- Rédiger et vérifier des documents juridiques;
- Toute tâche connexe.

**Vous être un excellent joueur d’équipe et devriez avoi**r:

- Diplôme d'études professionnelles ou une formation jugée équivalente;
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement juridique hautement informatisé et facilité d'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels et systèmes;
- Maîtrise du français à l'oral comme à l'écrit;
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit;
- Capacité de travailler dans le cadre d’échéanciers très serrés et à travailler sous pression;
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite MS Office;
- Connaissance pratique des procédures juridiques applicables;
- Sens aiguisé du service à la clientèle;
- Ponctualité;
- Polyvalence;
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
- Intérêt à tenir vos connaissances à jour;

- Discrétion et confidentialité.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
