- Must be proficient in **French and English** both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy**:

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- **Knowledge of OACIQ forms and Centris platform is ideal**
