**Job Summary**:
Working in conjunction with the Operational Support Services - OCS team, the Order Desk Support will be responsible for liaising with the Canteen branches to ensure the integrity of the customer data provided, scrub the data and enter the data into the SEED Delivery System.

Now, if you were to come on board as our **Order Desk Support**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Communicate effectively with all Canteen branches
- Work collaboratively within the team
- Performing data entry & reviews of customer information, asset information, pricing plans, rental information, billing information and equipment service schedules (ie. water filter changes)
- Ensure the integrity of the current system data by formatting and cleansing the data through conversations and reviews with the branches.
- Generate regular system reports and perform data uploads into the system
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SEED would be considered an asset
