We are seeking welcoming, community-minded, and highly organized individuals to join our front desk team at HAVN Saunas. Our front desk team will be responsible for greeting members and guests, answering phone calls, and assisting visitors with any questions or concerns. Front desk team members will also be responsible for checking in guests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of the facility’s usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries and feedback.
- Check members in and out using our front-of-house computer system.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of membership and facility usage.
- Assist with scheduling and reservations for facility usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with additional duties, as necessary.
- Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
