**The Role**

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing existing and new client relationships for executing full cycle recruitment process within our advisory division. You will work collaboratively with the People & Culture division to ensure both corporate and land advisory recruitment aligns with the overall talent vision and strategy.

The position can be based remotely, or work in a hybrid environment with Ontario offices.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work with the Land Advisory team to determine hiring needs to support growth opportunities
- Collaborate with People & Culture to ensure process and policy compliance, and support as required
- Assist and support full cycle recruitment across the Land Advisory division in Canada and USA, including onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Create job postings and job descriptions to attract the right talent and ensure recruitment branding consistency is achieved
- Provide innovative talent sourcing solutions and strategies
- Update and maintain the ATS, HRIS and recruitment database tools
- Conduct background and reference checks, and pre-employment assessments
- Attend talent sourcing events, including career and hiring fairs and networking events
- Responsible for worker management
- Assess and manage client needs, both from client discovery meetings to client maintenance

**Competencies**:

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, preferably in both corporate and a staffing agency environment
- Experience with client interactions and related client maintenance
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders including at a senior level
- Degree or diploma in human resources or recruitment
- Previous experience within the energy sectors or real estate preferred
- Prior experience with creative talent sourcing techniques or strategies
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Adobe
- Proficient in utilizing an ATS and HRIS for sourcing, tracking, and managing talent - ideally UKG/UltiPro
- Prior experience with behavioral based interviews and assessments

- The ability to multitask and work multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment to fill positions
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong balance of drive, commitment, organization and planning skills
