We’re looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist. Could It Be You?

As part of the Talent Acquisition team and to be successful in this role, you will be responsible for sourcing quality, talented individuals to meet the needs of the organization. You will participate in the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to selection, and will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leads to gain an understanding of the best-fit applicants for Questrade Financial Group (QFG).

So are YOU our next Talent Acquisition Specialist? You are if

✔ You have 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience (focused on non-technical roles)

✔ You have a college diploma or university degree in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related field

✔ You have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

✔ You have experience working with recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Ceridian Dayforce, and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

✔ You have strong attention to detail

✔ You are team-oriented and are skilled at working within a collaborative, virtual environment

✔ You have experience sourcing, attending outreach events, and creating assessment methods

✔ You are a continuous learner, and are eager to research and share best practices

✔ You have excellent problem solving skills and take initiative to provide creative solutions

✔ You have proven analytical abilities
