Bookkeeper/office Administrator

S3 Technical is looking for an energetic, organized, detail-oriented, career-minded individual to join our growing administrative team. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
S3 Technical specializes in delivering and manufacturing innovative, high-quality custom and specialty aluminum and stainless-steel cladding products.
The expectant shifts are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
**Bookkeeper/Office Administrator job duties include but are not limited to**:
- Greeting visitors to S3 Technical and assisting them as needed
- Maintain and support front office cleaning
- Attend bi-weekly staff safety meetings
- Ensure clear and concise communication
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Learn raw and finished product knowledge
- Create estimates and invoices from purchase orders for customers
- Create packing slips for orders ready to be shipped to customers
- Input receipts in QuickBooks online and upload receipts and other paperwork using Dext
- Data entry for functions of A/P, A/R, and order processes
- Monitor discrepancies in payments, and for charges on credit cards
- Position development will include the production and management of financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting practices
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience is considered an asset
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
