Bookkeeper/office Assistant

Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Journal entries
- Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Online banking including sending/receiving e-transfers
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- All Government remittances
- Perform weekly bank deposits
General Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate persons
- Providing customer service to walk-in customers
- Monitor and replenish office/shop supplies
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Well developed communication, customer service, organizational and time management skills
- Diligent and punctual
- Good command of standard spoken and written English
- Proficient in Sage Accpac, Excel, Word and Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
