**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and organized **Administrative Assistant** to join our Little Kickers team in Edmonton. In this key role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our Alberta offices and provide crucial support to the Little Kickers staff. Additionally, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional customer service to families participating in our soccer programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to management and coaching staff.
- Manage class schedules, registrations, and participant communications.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from parents and participants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help prepare and distribute promotional materials.
- Assist with the planning and organizing of events, such as the **Top of the City Soccer Festival.**:

- Support budgeting and financial administration tasks as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintain an organized workspace.

**Qualifications / Skills**:.
- A **High School diploma is required;** post-secondary education in Administration or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in customer service or education.
- Previous experience in a Sports Administration setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in phone systems and effective communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) is an asset.
- A Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Canva) is an asset.
- Passion for working with children and promoting sports and physical activity.
