Currently, we’re looking for an Admin Assistant (Order Processing) for our Vancouver, BC depot.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing of sales & service orders
- Handling of delivery arrangement
- Maintaining and updating database including stock-in & out data
- Liaising with customers on their orders & requirements
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or College degree
- 1+ year of service coordination experience OR 1+ year of experience in the marine industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Major asset: SAP or equivalent ERP experience
- Excellent communication and customer relations
- Self-motivated, positive, energetic, and competitive
