Amir Shojaee Real Estate at Stonehaus Realty is looking for a PART-TIME REAL ESTATE ADMIN / INSIDE SALES AGENT to join the team
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling calls and other communications, schedule meetings and appointments
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents and database
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, and other tasks as instructed by client
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Schedule real estate showings, appointments, open houses, client meetings, and any other events/meetings as needed.
- Performing additional duties as required, including, but not limited to, drafting brochures and marketing material and organising the filing system.
- Arranging and following up on meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and entering data
- Assisting with organising events when necessary
- Conducting research and compiling data
- Managing listings, marketing ads, social media and websites.

Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma
- Tech savvy and able to work with MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
- Minimum 1 year admin experience required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
