Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and running errands, as required.
- Assist with accounts payable function, including processing supplier invoices received in accounting system.
- Provide information to visitors and clients regarding our services and policies.
- Prepare outgoing mail; arrange courier deliveries.
- Operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Provide additional department support when required.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer inquiries

**Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid BC driver's license, with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Experience or knowledge in bookkeeping, is an asset.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
