**What you’ll do**

The Product Coordinator will support the product team in developing apparel & accessories as well as supporting the brand team with go to market plans within the Owned Brand Division and bringing product to market.
- Work with Product Manager, PD & Brand to develop seasonal collections through all Development Stages -Inspiration and Product Direction, Product Development, Merch Sell in and Production
- Managing material and trim color requests and approvals for all development stages
- Take notes and communicate feedback to product team during all review meetings including product reviews and fittings.
- Supporting brand team on all sales & marketing sample orders to vendors as well follow ups on delivery to ensure brand teams initiatives are being met.
- Responsible for final assortment trackers and coordination with brand team on final assortments
- Track & organize all marketing, PR & Photoshoot samples in Toronto office.
- Liaise with overseas and domestic vendors including vendors follow ups to ensure all sample developments are arriving on time.
- Support Product team on all payment and invoicing tasks
- Managing SMS Sample Process from PO Creation to confirming SMS Sample receipt across Banners and reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Visit stores on a regular basis to review final in store products, product knowledge and competitive market analysis.

**What you bring**
- Experience working with Excel & PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar product coordinator role or project management role.
- Outcome focused, critical thinkers with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous execution across the brand.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with multiple stakeholders internationally and domestically
- Can be flexible and re-prioritize as required with strong problem-solving skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Multi-taskers, with excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and development seasons at once with strong attention to detail.
