**About the Role**

You will be at the heart of turning imaginative ideas into awe-inspiring products for Makeship. You'll wield the strategic mindset of a product manager, the meticulous oversight of a project manager, and the adept communication skills of an account manager. **Your Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Creation Catalyst**: Each day is a new voyage as you navigate through diverse and exciting product development projects. You’ll be the linchpin, orchestrating the aspirations of creative minds while balancing limitations.
- **Client Journey Conductor**: Take our clients on an unforgettable expedition from concept to market-ready masterpieces. You're their trusted guide, ensuring each step of their journey with Makeship is filled with anticipation, excitement, and satisfaction.
- **Efficiency Architect**: Masterfully streamline our workflows for product development, striking the perfect balance between achieving desirable outcomes and providing a smooth, efficient journey for our team, partners and clients. You'll be the catalyst for process innovation, ensuring every project runs seamlessly and effectively.

**What You Bring**
- A bachelor’s degree backed by a story of professional growth and achievement.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the trenches of coordinating with external clients for products or projects, having successfully launched products or projects from the ground up, big or small.
- Exceptional communication skills - clarity, conciseness, and attention to detail are your trademarks. You’re someone who understands that intention doesn't always translate into impact.
- A collaborative spirit, valuing input from multiple sources, synthesizing diverse perspectives, always committed to achieving the best outcome.
- Seek the ground truth for better judgements. Robust experience in data analysis, adept at gleaning insights from both numbers and narratives to drive decision-making.
- Excel wizard.

**Bonus**
- Proficiency in tools such as Hubspot, Shopify, and Airtable, with a proven ability to embrace and drive change.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience working in the creative industry, have experience developing merch for clients
