**Position Overview**:
**Specific Responsibilities and Daily Tasks**:

- Ensure that backlog items (user stories, tasks, bugs, etc.) are well-defined, clearly documented, and prioritized according to their value and urgency.
- Assist in creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog based on business goals, user needs, and market trends.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, production and customer support, to ensure timely and successful product releases.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure that backlog items meet quality standards and are ready for release.
- Serve as a liaison between the production team and development teams to ensure clarity on backlog items and priorities.
- Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in product coordination.
- Administer product documentation, including architecture, data flows, functional requirements, user manuals, help pages and other product-related documentation.
- Actively participate in organization initiatives, planning, and review discussions.
- Support project team members in the analysis of issues found in production.
- Assist in testing and communication of bugs and product issues.
- Facilitate communication between front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment across teams.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all internal departments.
- Participation in development lifecycle tasks such as task estimation and sprint planning.
- Understand the points of integration between the different systems and highlight the potential risks associated with the delivery of solutions.
- Provide weekly updates to management on projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge & Educational Requirements**:

- University degree in computer science, or equivalent education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in product & project coordination, or a related role, preferably within the software industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle and development best practices.
- Knowledge of Change Management concepts
- Experience working in a software development environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to handle multiple major projects simultaneously, from conception through completion.
