We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to support contract management operations. Work with our dynamic team to provide administrative and accounting support while creating portfolios. Your contributions will be important in driving success under the direction of our Certified Employee.

**What does your day look like at Edon?**
- Complete accounting and administrative responsibilities in accordance with Edon Management’s standards
- Create and process purchase orders and invoices
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding payments and invoicing
- Prepare monthly reporting and financial packages for managers and clients
- Assist property manager with the tracking of monthly expenditures
- Assist in operations tasks including scheduling employees and subcontractors, data entry, inspection booking, preparing general correspondence, etc.
- Support in the resolution of client service issues and contract issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Post-secondary degree from an accredited institution with a focus on Accounting or Business Administration is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum two years of experience in a mid-level business administration or accounting support role
- Accounting/financial experience considered an asset
- Experience in property or facilities management considered an asset
- Technological/automation experience or interest considered an asset
- Advanced in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent knowledge of computerized accounting system software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to professionally support clients with service requests
- Strong organizational skills to simultaneously prioritize multiple tasks and projects
