_Join our dynamic team at Sprout as we expand our presence across Alberta We're in search of a motivated Office Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational excellence and fostering unparalleled client experiences. This 30-40 hour per week position demands a detail-oriented individual with a knack for system management and organizational prowess._
**Role Summary**:
As the Office Manager at Sprout, you'll serve as the backbone of our operations and client relations, collaborating closely with our team to streamline processes and ensure seamless functionality. Your core responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of administrative tasks, all geared towards supporting our management team and enhancing client satisfaction. This role calls for a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at juggling multiple priorities, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Office and Administrative Support_
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks and support various departments with day-to-day operations.
- Manage invoice payments and upload invoices accurately into the system.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with community partners.
- Provide payroll support and assist with various Human Resources tasks.
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Coordinate with and manage our virtual assistant
- Client Relations_
- Proactively anticipate client needs and preferences, going above and beyond to personalize interactions and enhance their experience with Sprout. This includes actively seeking opportunities to upsell products or services, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying potential areas for growth or improvement based on client feedback.
- Support clients with ordering and subscription management, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews, maintaining a positive online reputation.
- Oversee the client VIP program, ensuring personalized services and perks are well-managed.
- Operations Support_
- Supervise the delivery team, ensuring smooth operations and providing on-the-ground dispatch support.
- Coordinate with culinary, fulfillment, and delivery teams to facilitate efficient client order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage systems related to deliveries and ensure the team's adherence to operational protocols.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven ability to exceed expectations and go above and beyond assigned tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Quick learner with a keen interest in adopting new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and offer support across various tasks.
- Possession of a Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract and criminal record check.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in developing and managing systems to streamline processes.
- Strong background in client relations and a passion for creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or basic bookkeeping practices.
- Post-secondary education, especially in Human Resources, Information Management, or Business Administration.
**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
