**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize 4-6-digit advertising budget across multiple platforms
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to meet client/customer goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI-driven goals
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor advertising activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, and marketing)
- Provide regular campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients/stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with platform policy changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scalability
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns
- Proven track record of success in driving ROI-positive campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

**Nice to Have**:

- Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or other advertising platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Additional language skills

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
