Account Manager

**Description**:
- Manage and expand a specific group of crucial national accounts.
- Stay updated on product developments, competitors, and market conditions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support customers even after the sale to solve issues and provide ongoing assistance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture long-term connections with clients.
- Devise an annual growth plan, evaluate progress on accounts, and make adjustments as needed.
- Take full responsibility for customer processes and satisfaction.
- Offer valuable, thorough, accurate, and timely analyses.
- Assist with various daily tasks as necessary.
**Work experience requirements**:
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in sales or account management
- Successfully managed large multi-level accounts
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and listening skills
- Skilled in working successfully with a diverse team of people
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year University or College
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office product
**Core Competencies**:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
- Dynamic sales experience with a strong ability to proactively plan account/customer development
- Comfortable with managing multi-million-dollar accounts
- Self-motivated team player capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to analyze data and prepare succinct reports.
- Adept at developing strong partnerships, while maintaining a bottom-line focus
- Excellent problem solving
- Able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines - multi-tasking is key
- Aptitude for solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
