We are looking for a vibrant individual who can demonstrate Good Vibes and Great Energy every day in the office. In this role, you will work directly with the corporate services team providing reception support as well as support office space requirements. This is a hands-on role - we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get in the trenches and lead by example.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To take ownership of the results and to work to improve future results. This includes taking initiative, teamwork, seeking excellence, learning from mistakes, innovating, accepting feedback, and problem solving;
- Represent the team by participating and/or leading committees, cross functions project teams and initiatives as required;
- Support senior management team as required;
- Motivated, organized, and eager to learn and gain valuable experience;
- Reception - answer calls, greet and direct visitors, represent the values and energy of the company to all those that arrive at our Calgary office
- Collect & Distribute Mail (Main and 5th Floors)
- Office Maintenance - General organization and tidiness of office space (Main Floor & 5th Floors)
- Kitchen Maintenance - General organization and tidiness of kitchen space (Main Floor & 5th Floors)
- Meeting PreparationGeneral organization and tidiness of office space (Main Floor & 5th Floors) Before/After Meetings

Assist with preparation of meeting materials and organize catering as required
- Stationary Maintenance - Organization and inventory maintenance
- Keep kitchens stocked (coffee/tea/cream/milk/sugar)
- Scovan Light Message Board (update weekly)
- Miscellaneous (light) administrative support as required
- Promotional Materials - Organization and inventory
- Maintain Access Cards and Users List
- Welcome baskets for new employees
- Be the forward facing champion for Scovan and raise awareness of our **New Energy**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Work 5 days a week in office and possibly outside of core business hours as required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Collaborate with operations and fabrication teams;
- Exceptional and effective communication skills;
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to take direction and accountability for administrative duties;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Detail orientated, proactive, and resourceful.
