**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the customer service team ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Utilize Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk platforms to optimize customer service operations, track customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve the customer experience continually.
- Train and mentor customer service team members on best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure product knowledge, inventory, and order status accuracy.
- Analyze customer feedback and work closely with the team to implement strategies for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have experience with GORGIAS Customer Service Software, SHOPIFY, & general e-commerce experience.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Gorgias software, and Zendesk is a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:
